Privacy
This notice describes how RMTR studio ("we") processes personal data on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
1. Controller
The controller is the business named on the imprint page. Contact: hello@rmtr.studio.
2. What we process
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, time, requested URL) for security and operation. Such logs are kept for a limited time and are not combined with other data to identify you.
The message line. If you leave a message, we process the email address and the text you enter, together with the page and language you used, solely to reply to you. Messages are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure and, where configured, forwarded to our mailbox.
The helper. If you ask the helper a question, the text of your question and of the current short conversation is sent to Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude model) to generate an answer. We do not send your name, email address or any other identifier with it, and we do not store questions or answers. Anthropic processes this data as our processor under its commercial terms. If you then choose to leave a message, the conversation you had with the helper is sent to us together with your email address and note, so that Peter can reply with context; the helper says so before asking for your address.
3. Legal basis
Server logs: legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages: steps prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Helper questions: legitimate interest in providing the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients and processors
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, storage of messages and rate-limiting counters), Anthropic, PBC (model provider for the helper) and, where configured, an email delivery provider for forwarding messages. All act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
5. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
6. Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted. Helper conversations are not stored by us. Rate-limiting counters expire within about one hour.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to the address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).
8. Changes
We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
